Scope
We work on SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA, on-premise or RISE with SAP. These are the areas we see most often; the list isn't exhaustive.
Finance and controlling (FI, CO)
General ledger, payables and receivables, asset accounting; cost centers, internal orders, product costing and profitability analysis. We make it traceable which document and which setting a reported figure comes from.
Procurement, inventory and sales (MM, SD)

We compare requirements against the standard process, classify each gap as customizing or development, and record the decision in the conceptual design document.

We write unit and integration test scenarios, run them with you in the quality system, and prepare user guides and training.

Which modules do you cover?
All SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, WM, EWM and others. For processes that span modules, such as procure-to-pay or production to costing, we look at the whole flow.
Do you only consult, or do you also develop?
Both, in one team. The person who analyzes the process also knows how the development should be built; where standard SAP isn't enough, we write the ABAP, Fiori or integration work ourselves.
Do you work on SAP ECC as well, or only S/4HANA?
Both. SAP ECC 6.0 (EHP7, EHP8) and SAP S/4HANA, on-premise or RISE with SAP.
How do you work commercially?
Fixed-scope projects, time and materials by the day, or as a subcontractor to SAP integrators. We don't start before the scope is in writing.
