SAP from analysis to go-live, one team.

Consulting and ABAP development across every SAP module, in one team: the people who analyze the process also write the code. We review your existing SAP system for upgrade readiness and performance, report what we find, and build the fixes.

We analyze the SAP system you already run

Two questions drive the work: how ready is the system for an upgrade, and where does it slow down? You get the answers in a report, and we can take on the fixes it recommends as development work. Analysis and delivery stay with one team.

Upgrade analysis

Ahead of an ECC enhancement package or release upgrade, or a move to S/4HANA, our own analysis tool extracts your custom code and checks it against SAP's Simplification Item Catalog.

  • Custom code inventory by package, program and line
  • Simplification item matching
  • S/4HANA readiness checks in ATC
  • Modified SAP standard objects
  • Unused custom code to retire
  • Effort estimate in person-days

Performance analysis

We look at slow transactions, reports and background jobs using the system's own measurements, and show where the time goes, down to the code and the SQL.

  • Workload and response times (ST03N)
  • SQL trace and expensive statements (ST05)
  • Runtime analysis (SAT)
  • Long-running background jobs (SM37)
  • SELECTs in loops, missing indexes, over-fetching
  • Short dumps and recurring errors (ST22)

Report
Findings ranked by priority, each with an effort estimate: a summary for management and object-level detail for the technical team. In English or Turkish.
Development
We fix what the report finds: we adapt or rewrite the code and tune the queries, and we measure runtimes the same way before and after the change.

Services

Consulting and development sit in one team. Whoever maps the process knows how it will be built, and the technical spec and the user guide come from the same hands.

  1. 01

    SAP functional consulting

We look at how the business actually runs, separate what standard SAP already covers from what needs development, do the configuration, write the test scripts and get users ready for go-live.

    • Finance and controlling (FI, CO)
    • Procurement, inventory and sales (MM, SD)
    • Production, quality and maintenance (PP, QM, PM)
    • Warehouse management (WM, EWM) and other modules

  2. 02

    ABAP development

Where the standard stops, we build screens, reports, forms and background jobs. We write layered object-oriented ABAP and use standard BAPIs wherever one exists. On S/4HANA we build CDS views, OData services with RAP, and SAP Fiori apps. Every development ships with a technical spec and a user guide.

    • ALV reports and dynpro screens
    • CDS views, RAP and OData services
    • SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 apps
    • BAPIs, BAdIs and user exits
    • Smart Forms and Adobe Forms
    • Background jobs, application log (SLG1)
    • Document attachments (GOS)
    • Static checks with ATC and abaplint

    Integration

We connect SAP to customs and foreign-trade software, e-invoicing platforms, AI services and other enterprise systems, and build interfaces on SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite. Records are created in SAP before anything is sent, so a dropped connection never loses data; every call is logged and failed records can be resent.

    • Extensions on SAP BTP
    • REST services with OAuth2
    • Customs broker work orders and declaration status

    • Line-item extraction from PDF invoices
    • Scheduled status synchronization

    Upgrade and performance analysis

We analyze the existing system before an upgrade or S/4HANA conversion, and whenever performance becomes a problem. We report the affected objects, the cause of the slowdown and the effort involved, then develop the fixes. What the analysis covers

    • S/4HANA and EHP upgrade readiness
    • Custom code and simplification item analysis
    • Slow transactions, reports and jobs
    • SQL and custom code tuning
    • Prioritized findings with effort estimates

    Independent project audit

When another partner is running your SAP project, we compare the reported progress with the code that is actually in the system. We trace each requirement in the specification to the code, grade every package, and report security issues separately. You get an evidence-based report you can take to the board.

    • Requirement-by-requirement code tracing
    • Clean core grading per package
    • Critical code and security findings

    Production support

We take on incidents, change requests and small enhancements in your live system. For each ticket you get a written note of what changed and which transport carried it.

    • Incident analysis and fixes
    • Change requests
    • Transport management: DEV → QA → PRD

Import invoices, from PDF to SAP

Import invoices were being read and keyed in line by line. We moved an existing import cockpit, originally built for another SAP system, into this one, stripped out the parts that depended on objects this system didn't have, and added an invoice-reading flow.

  1. The user uploads the PDF. It goes to an OAuth2-protected AI service, a background job collects the result, and the invoice header and items land in SAP tables.
  2. Invoice items are matched to purchase orders. Anything that doesn't match can be assigned by hand through an F4 search help.
  3. Work orders are sent to and cancelled with the customs broker from SAP, and the declaration status is read back.
  4. The inbound delivery is created through a BAPI, eight custom header fields are filled, and the invoice PDF is attached to the delivery.
  5. A separate interface sends material tariff classifications to the customs classification service, transferring only records that changed.

One screen for the import file and what it really cost

We are building an import package from scratch that brings the whole process into one cockpit. The screen mock-ups and the architecture document were signed off with the client before any code was written.

  1. A cost matrix decides, by incoterm, which charges go into the landed cost, with supplier-specific exceptions.
  2. An internal order is opened automatically once customs clearance is registered, and actual costs are tracked against it.
  3. Packing list, additional charges, payment schedule and investment incentive certificate tracking sit in the same cockpit.
  4. Cost invoices are matched against incoming e-invoices and the purchase order is created automatically.
  5. Weekly payment reminder e-mails and import reports.

UI, application logic, business rules and persistence live in separate layers, and the code is checked with abaplint.

Independent audit of custom development in an S/4HANA rollout

Another partner was running the implementation. The client wanted to know whether the progress being reported matched what was actually in the system, so we read the project's code end to end.

  1. We mapped 335 development packages and graded each one on clean core, code quality and S/4HANA readiness.
  2. We traced 682 items from the functional and technical specification, plus 400 change-request items, to the code one by one.
  3. We listed critical findings, flagging those already in production, and reported plain-text passwords in source code as a separate issue.
  4. We reviewed the product costing setup in production with read-only access.
  5. We modelled, in person-days, what it would take to rewrite the developments if needed.

The final report shows, item by item, the gap between the completion rate that had been reported and the one measured in the code.

Our new product

SAP Assistant

A Windows app that docks next to SAP GUI. It reads and explains the screen in front of you, fills in fields once you approve, posts rows from Excel into SAP in bulk, and exports ALV lists to Excel or PowerPoint.

You choose which AI model it talks to. Bulk data is processed on your machine and is never sent to the model.

How we work

No development starts until the scope is in writing. Our proposals spell out what is excluded as clearly as what is included.

  1. First conversation

We talk through the requirement, your system release and who will use the result. If it helps, we look at the system with read-only access.

  2. Analysis and proposal

We write up the scope and estimate the effort in person-days. Screen designs are approved before coding starts.

  3. Build and test

We develop in the development system and run the test scripts with your team in quality assurance.

  4. Go-live

We move the transports to production and stay close for the first weeks. You receive the technical documentation and the user guide.

Frequently asked questions

What clients most often ask before an SAP project. If your question isn't here, just write to us.

Which SAP modules do you cover?

We work across all SAP modules: finance and controlling (FI, CO), procurement and inventory management (MM), sales and distribution (SD), production planning (PP), quality management (QM), plant maintenance (PM), warehouse management (WM, EWM) and others. On SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA, whether on-premise or RISE with SAP.

Can you analyze our current system before an S/4HANA conversion?

Yes. We extract your custom code, match it against SAP's Simplification Item catalog, check S/4HANA readiness with ATC, and flag modified standard objects and unused code. You get a prioritized report with effort estimates in person-days, and we can build the fixes too. We run the same analysis for EHP and release upgrades.

Our SAP system is slow. How does a performance analysis work?

We look at slow transactions, reports and background jobs using the system's own measurements: workload and response times (ST03N), SQL trace (ST05), runtime analysis (SAT) and long-running jobs (SM37). We show the cause at code level, such as queries inside loops, missing indexes or unnecessary reads, then fix it and measure before and after the same way.

What kind of ABAP development do you do?

ALV reports, dynpro screens, Smart Forms and Adobe Forms, enhancements through BAPIs, BAdIs and user exits, background jobs and integration services. On S/4HANA we build CDS views, OData services with RAP, and SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 apps. We write layered OO ABAP, check the code with ATC and abaplint, and deliver every development with technical documentation and a user guide.

Do you work with SAP Fiori, CDS, RAP and SAP BTP?

Yes. On S/4HANA we build CDS views and OData services with RAP, and SAP Fiori apps on top of them. To extend the system without modifying the standard, we build extensions on SAP BTP and set up integrations with SAP BTP Integration Suite or SAP PI/PO. Clean core is also the baseline of our upgrade analysis.

Do you integrate SAP with other systems?

Yes. We build interfaces on SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite, and connect SAP to customs and foreign-trade software, e-invoicing platforms, AI services and other enterprise systems over REST/JSON and OData with OAuth2. To avoid losing data when a connection drops, we create the record in SAP first and send it afterwards, and every call is logged.

Can you independently audit an SAP project run by another firm?

Yes. We compare reported progress with the code actually in the system, trace each specification item in the code, and score development packages on clean core, code quality and S/4HANA readiness. The result is an evidence-based report you can take to management.

Do you support SAP systems already in production?

Yes. We handle incidents, change requests and small developments, and we take over custom Z developments written by other teams. For every request we document what changed and which transport carried it.

Do you provide ABAP capacity to SAP integrators as a subcontractor?

Yes. Besides fixed-scope projects, we offer consulting on a person-day basis and provide ABAP capacity to integrators as a subcontractor.

What is SAP Assistant?

A Windows app built by ZenvioSoft that docks next to SAP GUI. It reads and explains the open screen, fills in fields once you approve, posts Excel rows into SAP in bulk, and exports ALV lists to Excel and PowerPoint. Product page and demo video.
