ABAP development

Scope

Reports and screens
ALV reports, selection screens, dynpro screens and table controls. We write for large data volumes from the start: the right index, bulk reads, no queries inside loops.
Forms
Purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices and labels in Smart Forms and Adobe Forms, connected to output management.
Standard enhancements
Extending the standard without modifying it, using BAdIs, user exits, enhancement points and BAPIs. Requests that would need a modification are flagged, with an alternative.
Background jobs
Scheduled jobs, parallel processing, application log (SLG1), and restart from the point of failure.
Data and files
Attachments to business documents (GOS), Excel and PDF exchange, mass data upload programs.
Code quality
Static checks with ATC and abaplint, naming conventions and code review. Delivered code is also checked for S/4HANA compatibility.
